Customer Satisfaction & Return Policy
At Dealsonav IT Solutions, customer satisfaction is our top priority. That’s why we offer a 30-day product guarantee. If you’re not fully satisfied with your new and unopened item, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). To begin a return, please contact us via email to obtain a return authorization before sending any items back.
Returns for Incorrect or Defective Items
If you receive an incorrect or defective product due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs. Should you choose a replacement instead of a refund, we’ll ship the correct item with upgraded shipping at no extra charge.
Refunds are typically processed within 2–4 weeks, which accounts for shipping time, return authorization, and internal processing. All refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
Electronic Delivery Returns
For digitally delivered products, Dealsonav IT Solutions will verify with the manufacturer that the license key or product has not been activated or altered. Once confirmed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Restocking Fees
Depending on the product type and fulfillment status, the following restocking fees may apply:
Open License Orders: Up to 15% if the order has been submitted to distribution or fulfilled
Retail Licenses: Up to 15% for fulfilled retail orders
Anti-Virus Products: Up to 25% for fulfilled anti-virus software orders
Shipping Information
We ship to most international destinations, though some product categories may have shipping restrictions. Delivery times vary based on the destination, shipping method selected, and order processing time. Most orders are shipped the same day they are placed.
Estimated Processing and Delivery Times:
Ground Shipping: 1–2 business days processing, 4–10 business days for delivery
Express Saver: 1–2 business days processing, 2–3 business days for delivery
Standard Overnight: 1–2 business days processing, next business day delivery
Electronic Delivery
For purchases involving electronic delivery, your product/license key will be delivered to your email on the same day your order is confirmed.
